description This research aims to analyze the relationship between e-commerce website quality of airline sector in Indonesia (system quality, information quality, service quality, and vendor quality) and financial performance based on the perception of user and manager/web designer. This research also aims to identify the different relative importance of each website quality factor. The sample used were 147 respondents (88 users, 59 managers/web designers) which analyzed using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. The study found the different relative importance of each website quality factor, but couldn't found the relationship between website quality and financial performance.
