relative importance of each website quality factor. The sample used were 147
respondents (88 users, 59 managers/web designers) which analyzed using analytic
hierarchy process (AHP) method. The study found the different relative
importance of each website quality factor, but couldn't found the relationship
between website quality and financial performance. |
