| description | Standard Spending Assessment (SSA) is used to analyse the reasonableness cost of any program or activity performed by SKPD in a year. The purpose of this study was to conduct a simulation of standard spending assessment (SSA) in particular for Resource Capacity Program. The data used are secondary data in the form of implementation of the Budget Document (DPA) a work unit (SKPD) Area Device obtained from Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) of Tangerang. Methods of data analysis used was Ordinary Least Square (OLS). OLS is a method of forecasting will predict the cost for the standard of resource capacity program. This activity is influenced by several factors triggers (cost drivers), that the number of participants and the number of days activities.
The results of this study show that in the year 2012 there are 12 activities on Resource Capacity Program made by SKPD in Tangerang. Where there are only three activities that include categories overfinancing. This shows that the process of budgeting done happens to excess from the amount of reasonable expenditures, so that it can lead to the occurrence of the inefficiency budget. |
