related disaster in small islands includes abrasion, sea level rise, flood, drought
and typhoon. High exposure of region to hazard and vulnerability should be
tackled by strengthening regional capacity especially the capacity of regional
government.
The aims of this research were: 1) study the capacity of regional government in
Alor Regency, 2) analyze role division for working units of Alor regional
government, 3) formulate strategy for strengthening the capacity of Alor Regency |
