Summary:al Pesantren Organizational communication in Organization be the foothold in the process of communication and organizational order. In organizational life, communication plays the role to reduce the obscurity of order, so that problem solving, decision-making and the others matters can be effective. At the same time, in human relationship, communications plays the role as medium of interaction and strengthen the relationship among the members of organization. Nonetheless, organizational communication in Pesantren get about in unique way as the consequence of the Pesantren-subculture existence, whereas at one side it required the carry out the program of the organization but at the same time it has its own values and cultures. The collaboration between these elements bring about a lot of physical activities and the organizational communication atmosphere that go along with special character, moreover when Pesantren face the global change and problems. From this condition, Pesantren as the an organization must be able to manage organizational communication to accommodate various interests. Therefore, the descriptive study is carried out to explain the description how Pesantren manages organizational communication and any model that applied in this management.
