mechanism consists of DBH, DAU and DAK. From the point of view of the area,
DAK is the budgeted revenue in the budget. One of the main functions of the
House of Representatives (DPRD) in addition to the function of the legislative and
budgetary oversight. Supervision of the Regional Budget is one of the scope of
Parliament which will have to be accountable to the entire community. DAK
supervision is important because it relates directly to the development of the
people kesejahterahaan covering 19 fields, one about education. Education is one
area in which the allocation of funds is quite high. Thus the oversight function of
the parliament is very important in education DAK carried.
Parliament relating to the supervision of researchers wanted to examine
the effectiveness of the Special Allocation Fund oversight pendidika field by
DPRD Sleman to see the achievement of objectives and integration has been
done. This research was conducted in elementary and junior high schools
receiving it in Sleman. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which will
describe the effectiveness of the oversight function of DPRD.
The results of the study the effectiveness of the oversight function of
Special Allocation Funds Sleman district education by Parliament in terms of
attainment targets quite effectively seen from workmanship period goals and the
target goal has been running smoothly, but still there is not yet fully implemented.
Implementation of the use of DAK still be a delay of construction of facilities and
infrastructure development projects. Both views of integration views of
coordination is done by the DPRD Sleman with related local government offices
and schools. Coordination is made to the related local government offices efekif
enough but there is still the school receiving it less intensively in coordinating
mechanism when goods/ services of education department that has lower
specifications, the school no effort complained to Parliament. |
