| description | Broadcast of sport game using ball is the most getting-atention game in the
world. It can not be denied that the skill of videography on sport game will lead
the satisfaction of the spectators. The image-capturing technique still depend on
the cameraman�s skill. This prototype is aimed for learning of automation in
camera directing by detect the ball�s movement whitout human�s help.
This prototype used digital image processing technique to recoqnize the ball
as an object. The process� are image conversion (RGB to HSV), decide the ball�s
HSV format, erode, dilation, and smoothing to cancel the noise. Canny side
detection and Hough Circle Transform is used for analyzing the ball�s round. The
Camera arm movement to ball�s movement is got by comparing the mid ball
coordinate to the mid-spot of the frame.
Prototype system of ball movement detector with color filter, has some
factor which effected how system work and effected the output of research. The
factor is amount of frame processed in the image processor, background color in
environment of object, light intensity and distance between camera and object. |
