Summary:This research was analyzed the difference gross margin based on the provide of feed with treatment control with using Zn organic and measuring the gross margin highest in some treatment granting feed with Zn organic. This research was started from November 2012 until February 2013. Two hundred eighty eight Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) were randomly plotted within four treatment by four replication every treatment and consisted of eighteen bird each. The treatment were : P0 (contain Zn organic premix with content of 0 %), P1 (Zn organic of 1 %), P2 (Zn organic of 3 %), and P3 (Zn organic of 5 %). The data obtained were statistically analyzed by The One Way of ANOVA and next of analyzed gross margin. The result of this research show that treatment wasn�t effected to egg weight, result showed P0 11,65 g, P1 11,89 g, P2 11,92 g, dan P3 11,85 g. Treatment wasn�t effected to egg production (%HDA) , the result were P0 84,80%, P1 82,26%, P2 80,24%, dan P3 85,00%. The treatment of Zn organic on premik increment variable costs based on feeding, the result were P0 Rp 10344,66 /head/research period, P1 Rp 10358,90 /head/research period, P2 Rp 10387,37 /head/research period and P3 Rp 10415,82 /head/research period.The results showed gross income of P0 Rp 59340 /head/research period, P1 Rp 57680 /head/research period, P2 Rp 55650 /head/research period, P3 Rp 59490 P3/head/research period. The results showed gross margin of P0 Rp 49120,34 /head/research period, P1 Rp 47446,10, /head/research period, P2 Rp 45387,63 /head/research period, P3 Rp 49199,18 /head/research period. The results showed that the use of Zn organic on premix with level 0%, 1%, 3%, and 5% had no effect against the real weight of the quail egg. Gross margin was obtained at the treatment of organic Zn as much as P3 (5%) of Rp 49199.18 per head per research period.
