| Summary: | This graduating paper entitled "Job Description of Therapy Staff in PT Inni
Happy Dream Branch of Siliwangi Bogor ". This is a report on field work carried
out for 3 (three) months in PT Inni Happy Dream Branch Siliwangi Bogor. The
researcher attempts to describe about the procedure and the description of the job
duties of therapist staff at Happy Dream Siliwangi Bogor branch and various
obstacles that arise in each stage.
From the results of the processing of data obtained from observations,
interviews and literature studies carried out, note that the therapy staff of PT Inni
Happy Dream has three main tasks, namely
