| Summary: | Settlement And Spatial Department Of Public Works Office Batu City is once of
instititute in Batu City , East Java. Become a necessity for information system that
organizes employee management problems. One of employee management processes
is preferment and periodic salary increment. Inefficient system will decrease office�s
productivity. Considering the issues, it is necessary to build a system that is capable
to optimize office works.
Management information system, SARRPeg was built using laravel network and
MySQL database. System is capable to handle employee management problem data,
confirmation of preferment, achievement record, data of employee, and data of employee
printing. The expected outcome of the research is an optimized employee management
process that will support office works.
