Izvleček:The primary focus of this research is on studying the companyâ��s performance by using the Balanced Scorecard system. In this paper, researcher examined how good the company operated by using historical data between 2010 until 2012 and analyzed it according to Balanced Scorecard perspectives. Researcher created strategy suggestions and solutions for the company to be better in future performance. PDAM Sleman is a government owned water company, which means they are not profit oriented. The Balanced Scorecard is quite costly for being implemented, therefore managers should know for sure whether it is going to be useful for their company or not. There are some main factors that can contribute to a successful implementation of Balanced Scorecard and play important roles towards the companyâ��s increased performance. Researcher used qualitative method and some quantitative calculations methods. The study is based on PDAM Tirta Dharma Slemanâ��s data.
