| description | The aims of this research were to determine the effectiveness and
efficiency of Raskin Distribution in Piyungan Subdistrict of Bantul District. The
effectiveness measured based on 6T indicators, which is the Right Target, Right
Price, Right Quantity, Right Quality, Right Time, and Right Administration. The
effectiveness measured based on additional cost of Raskin distribution. This research
used descriptive analysis method by interviewing 50 recipients of Raskin Target
Households that were selected by proportional random sampling. The data was tested
by one sample t test and calculated the additional cost of distribution. The result of
analysis showed that Raskin distribution was not effective yet because only capable
to fulfill 3 indicators of 6T. Raskin distribution was Right Target according to the
BPS and Sayogyo poverty line. The average price charged to the Raskin Household
Target is Rp 1.785/kg. The average amount of Raskin received by households Raskin
at Piyungan Subdistirct was 12,4 Kg. Quality of Raskin is still not good, with 11,8
months of average frequency distribution. Administration accuracy is good enough.
Raskin distribution was not efficient yet because average additional cost of Raskin
distribution in Piyungan Subdistrict is Rp 184,76/kg. |
