file that is written on a paper and is saved in storage closet. The program is
designed to overcome the problem above, so that the necessary data can be
obtained immediately. This program is also made to reduce the cost of file
storage.
The method used is the method of observation, that is by observing the
clinic or hospital that is still using the old method in data storage. For
programming using Microsoft Visual Basic, and for the storage of data using SQL
Server.
Of making this program has obtained medical records program that is useful
as a data storage program. This program has been tested by entering the data into
the program and successfully saved. The stored data can also be viewed and
