Summary: | Since 2006, the application of Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia
(SISDM) have used employee Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) to
obtain the employment information and manage data. Although it is compulsory
(mandatory), this system has not been fully used by employees, as evidenced by
the number of data has not been updated by the employees. This indicates that the
SISDM not fully utilized or even there are many employees who have never
access it. There are still many employees who do not take advantage of SISDM
raises the question of whether the system is not appropriate and difficult to use by
users.
This study used a modified partial taxonomy contained in the model of
information system success. In addition to adding a modification of Second Order
Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) of the variable User Satisfaction. This
modification is expected to provide a better explanation on the validity and
reliability in EUCS. Testing was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling
(SEM).
