| Summary: | This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the
national program of community empowerment (PNPM) and know the influence of
venture capital national community empowerment program (PNPM) to the
income of the people who manage productive economic activities in the district of
Gorontalo Regency Tibawa. The data required in this study are primary and
secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews with the people
who receive venture capital national community empowerment program (PNPM)
in the district of Gorontalo Regency Tibawa 40 people by using a list of questions
that have been provided. Secondary data was collected from several sources that
the agency/agencies.
Analytical tool used is descriptive qualitative analysis comparing actual
conditions with literature/guidelines. To determine the impact of venture capital
national community empowerment program (PNPM) to the income of the people
using two different test analysis tools on average, by comparing the income of the
people after the venture capital before receiving national community
empowerment program (PNPM).
From the analysis Data obtained that the implementation of the national
program of community empowerment (PNPM) in District Tibawa Gorontalo
Regency has run effectively with assessment parameters include the need to get
funding, the existence of PNPM, knowledge of the purpose of PNPM, PNPM
benefits, eligibility for financial aid, PNPM target, the distribution mechanism
capital, correct use of the funds disbursed, the effect on results of operations and
capital assistance benefits PNPM. Statistically, there are differences in average
income per month is higher and significant at 95 percent confidence level between
before receiving and after assistance receiving venture capital national
community empowerment program (PNPM).
