| description | The aim of the research is to find out the influence of tax employees
professionalism to service quality of taxation in tax service office. The population
in this research are all taxpayers in Bantul, which consist of the Corporate
Taxpayer, Individual Taxpayer, Treasurer Taxpayer, while the sample in this
research are all taxpayers when the research was conducted in tax office (KPP)
Bantul. In this research, there are 100 respondents who were selected using the
accidental method of sampling, which is random sampling method specified by
researcher. It used simple linear regression analytical.
Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is
significant influence between employees� professionalism with quality of service
particularly in KPP Pratama Bantul. The influence of professionalism and
quality of service is 51,7%, the rest is 48, 3% is affected by other factors which
are not examined such as government policies, social and cultural conditions,
mutual supervision between the government and the public. From all indicators of
professionalism which affect the quality of service, the motivation, skills, code of
ethics, commitment, common interests and the performance of tax officials are the
most influencing factors. |
