Summary: | This research aims to analyze the implementation of securing of land assets owned by Nagekeo County Government based on the top level management perception, middle level management and lower level management as well as to determine strategic policy in order to secure land assets owned Nagekeo County Government. Analysis tool used is scale of Likert and Strenghs, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT).
The result of Likert scale is as follows.
1. Calculation results of percentage level of top management perception as big as 59,83 percent (724/1210x100%), meaning that of securing assets of land owned Nagekeo County Government is at moderate scale.
2. Calculation results of percentage level of middle management perception as big as 61,47 percent (879/1430x100%), meaning that of securing assets of land owned Nagekeo County Government is at good scale.
3. Calculation results of percentage level of lower management perception as big as 59,06 percent (1689/2860x100%), meaning that of securing assets of land owned Nagekeo County Government is at moderat scale.
4. Calculation results of percentage level of perception respondent at the three level of management as big as 43,88 percent (3291/7500x100%), meaning that of securing assets of land owned Nagekeo County Government is at moderat scale. This condition indicates that Nagekeo County Government is not yet do optimally securing asset of his land.
SWOT analysis result showed that strategic policy in the optimization of securing of land assets owned Nagekeo County Government is strengths-opportunities strategy, as follow: building a more intensive communication with parliament of Nagekeo
