natural resources. This research tries to solve this problem by developing a smallsize
power plants by using permanent magnet NdFeB (Neodymium Boron Ferrite)
that can be used to generate electricity in the future can be utilized as an
alternative energy source by using wind energy or micro hydro energy or also
known as distributed generation.
There are parameters to be tested, i.e. Comparing the performance of
circular windings stator and performance of hexagonal windings coreless stator,
then conducted performance testing hexagonal windings coreless stator and
compare with hexagonal windings by adding internal iron core.
The results of the tests are obtained by comparing circular windings and
hexagonal windings, and obtained some data that shows the power capacity of
hexagonal windings is higher than circular windings. On the performance test of
the hexagonal windings coreless stator with hexagonal windings iron cored stator
are obtained some data that shows the power capacity of hexagonal windings iron
cored stator is higher than coreless hexagonal windings stator, but iron cored
hexagonal windings stator have more losses than coreless hexagonal windings
stator because of eddy current and hysteresis current. |
