| Summary: | TNI AD Dharma Wiratama Museum is one of museum that is located in Yogyakarta. This museum that is operated by the army and some from the staff of civil servants has its own previleges because its collection and historical story only associated with the struggle of Indonesian army for Indonesia�s independence. This museum is under supervision of Disjarahad, its not Tourism Agency. Therefore, this museum does not take enterance fee and also guide service�s fee from the visitors. In addition, there is a prohibition to take some kind of fee to the visitor from Disjarahad.
The purpose of this research is to analyzed and find out the level of satisfaction of the visitors based on products� quality, availability of fasilities, and services, developing potential aspect, and museum�s issues or problems. The research was conducted by collecting primary data by surveys, direct observation to TNI AD Dharma Wiratama Museum, questionnaires, and interview with visitors, as well as the secondary data in the form of documentation.
Based on this research, it is known that most of TNI AD Dharma Wiratama Museum�s visitors have already felt satisfied with its product quality, availability of facilities, and services. In addition, this museum has some potential aspects to be developed towards educational history tour based on its marketing target and location. The museum also needs to do promotion to the nearest school and universities, so that a visit to this museum can be increased.
