| Summary: | Evaluation of the system's success has been the topic of several previous studies using
various test models. However, some studies do not consider the application of the system of
mandatory or voluntary. Testing of the system is important due to the high cost of
implementation and system failures that will impact the loss and not the achievement of
implementation.
As STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES owned by Indonesia PT PLN (Persero) conducts
innovations related to information systems budget by applying SmartOne. The purpose of this
implementation supports the company's operational performance and create competitive
adventage for PLN.
This research will conduct an evaluation of the SmartOne success by using success
model the DeLone and Mclean (1992). The mandatory use of systems that are a
consideration to include of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Data collection is
done with the dissemination of a questionnaire to SmartOne users 35 PT PLN Area
Purwokerto. The results indicate that SmarTone successful applied in PLN , but there are
some obstacles as well at the implementation and for perceived usefulness and perceived
ease of use has no influence on that the system with mandatory use.. |
