Methods :Using a cross-sectional study. Patients with BPH who had undergone surgery at RSUP DR. Sardjito Yogyakarta period 1 January 2011 until 30 September 2012, conducted data collection in Medical Notes regarding the health of patients and retrieval of data on complications that occur from the patient. Results: The distribution of patients based on the total value of the measurement of the SF-36 in getting a good quality of life outcomes in patients with post-prostate surgery, which is 85.7%.Conclusion: Age affects outcomes in patients with a quality of life. The older age of the respondent, the more diminished quality of life, and respondents who reside in rural areas have better quality than those living in urban areas.
