| Summary: | The objectives of the research devided into two steps, there are spacious
research were to determine genetic parameters estimation of production traits and
laboratory research were to determine growth hormone (GH�MspI) gene genotype in
aceh cattle at Indrapuri breeding and forages centre (IBFC) of Aceh cattle, Aceh
province. Data livestock records from 2010 to 2012 used for spacious research and
41 Aceh cattles blood sample used for laboratory research. Result indicate that
heritability value of Aceh cattles birth weight (BW) is valid (0,15+0,12) and include
medium category. Heritability value of weaning weight (BB205), yearling weight
(BB365), final weight (BB550), pre-weaning ADG, post-weaning ADG, and weight/age
(W/A) are high category doe to standard error (SE). Heritability value of heart girth
(HG) on all age groups were high category Heritability value of wither height (WH) on
0 day (medium)
