This study aims to determine the existence of Permian in the area of study and its implications in the petroleum system. Understanding of the tectonostratigraphy of the study area is importantkey, because tectonic activity is an important factor that controls on sedimentary basin stratigraphy in the study área. Wells and seismic data fusion is used to analyze the tectonostratigraphy Permian-Late Kapur interval and to interpret depositional environments in the study área. The tectonostratigraphy approach shows that the Permian interval is present in the study área as deposition of rift initiation phase, while the rift climax phase occurs in Middle Jurassic and the post-rift phase began in the Early Kapur. Isokron maps at each intervals starting from Late Permian-Top Permian, etc. until Middle Jurassic show an alignment with the same orientation that is NE-SW. This lineament formed by normal faults in extensional regime during extension occurs. Wells correlation suggested that in the study área Permian interval was dominated by shallow marine sediments that could potentially be a source rock and reservoir.
