Summary: | Various syndromes covered in the biopsychosocial aspects, in hypothyroid
and hyperthyroid, can be used as a basis for developing instrument as an alternative
screening method that should be qualified, not only more comprehensive and
accepted reliability, but also had to proven for diagnostic tests, the diagnostic value
was not differentwith the gold standard, comfort for the patient, easier and simple
(user friendly), cheaper and can be diagnosed at an earlier stage. This research began
with item generation, on the biopsychosocial aspects of thyroid dysfunction, through
four activities, namely literature review, preliminary research on the subject, the
relevance of test items and scaling by experts. Furthermore, design TDQ based the
selected items, and face validity testing was done through focused group discussions
with doctors. TDQ trials, conducted to measure the inter-rater reliability, internal
consistency and test-retest with the results of ICC = 0.96
