| Summary: | This research aims to determine the forms of violations sighat taklik talak as
the reason for sue divorce in The Religious Court Tangerang, to know the process
of proving the violation sighat taklik talak in The Religious Court Tangerang, and
to know the legal consequences to the rights of wife of the judgment of divorce
cases in The Religious Court Tangerang by reason of violation sighat taklik talak.
This research is a normative legal research or literature research and the
research character is juridical-normative research. Legal materials in this research
is the literature also called secondary data. Collecting data in this research was
done by the study of documents or literature. Analysis of the data that used in this
research is a qualitative analysis using method of deductive reasoning.
The results showed that : (1) The forms of violations sighat taklik talak as
the reason for sue divorce in The Religious Court Tangerang are as follows : (a)
