There are a wide variety of classification systems and codefication to a
diagnosis that has been prepared in accordance with needs.
Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the percentage of
accuracy of diagnosis coding and ICD-10 based on the ICPC and the
factors that cause inaccuracy.
Method: This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The
design of the study is a cross-sectional study. Subjects who used that
includes a nurse paramedic, a dental nurse, a midwife, as the officer who
filled directly into the medical record diagnosis code and SIMPUS, and a
Registration and Information Unit Coordinator Health Resources (SDK).
The object that is used is the data on SIMPUS diagnosis code 379. Data
collection techniques used were interviews, observation/observation, and
study documentation.
Results: Of the 379 diagnosis codes are analyzed based on ICD-10, there
are 106 meet the criteria for a diagnosis code that is appropriate to the
character of the third, fourth, and fifth (27,97%) |
