| description | This research is to understand the influence between transparency,
accountability, participation, and value for money toward the financial
management performance.
The research sample is 72 finance employees in Finance Faculty and
Department of Gadjah Mada University. This research used Cluster Sampling
Method. The data is collected by spreading the questionnaire.
The result of this research proves that transparency, accountability,
participation, and value for money simultaneously influence the financial
management performance. Partially, transparency and participation do not
influence the financial management performance, accountability positively
influences financial management performance, and value for money also
positively influences financial management performance. Statistical variable
which has greatest influences toward financial management performance is
accountability.
This result proves that transparency variable, accountability, participation
and value for money in affecting the variety of financial management performance
just can be explained 43,7 % whereas the rest is influenced by other variable
exclude this research. |
