The aim of this research was to knew whether hope and resilience could mediate the relationship between meaningful work and work. This research toward plantation employee (N=106) showed that there was a direct effect from meaninggful work to hope (β=0.477), resilience (β=0.223) and work engagement(β=0.478). There was also a direct effect from hope to resilience (β=0.567) and work engagement(β=0.387). Beside that, this research also found an indirect effect from meaningful work to resilence (β=0.270) and work engagement (β=0.185) through hope. But effect from resilience to work engagement can not be found.
