| Summary: | This research was intended to identify : (1) Liability distribution of risk between
PSC (Production sharing Contract) and Contractor who provide upstream service for
the risk that potentially occure in upstream oil and gas operation, and (2) Distribution
mechanism and result in liability distribution of risk for upstream oil and gas services
agreement.
The problem that arise in this research will be addressed using normative and
empirical methode. Normative research related to the first issue held by literature
study and using secondary data. Empirical research related to second issue held by
collecting primary data using interview with some selected responden who knows
and involved in the process and implementation of liability distribution that are
caused by the risk of upstream operation.
There were some finding of the research : (1) liability distribution of risk
using clauses refer to the clauses that are applied in world wide oil and gas industry |
