| Summary: | Appropriate use of information technology will enable these technologies with good acceptance in the community. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect the interests of the utilization of information technology and its impact on the use of information technology to test the model proposed by Pikkarainen, et al. (2004) is a model of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
This study used a sample of airline Lion Air users who had used the facility of e-ticketing in the purchase of tickets. The samples made with quota sampling method. Data was collected using an online questionnaire via Google Docs and delivered directly to users airline Lion Air (primary data). Of the 260 submitted, only 255 questionnaires can be used. Data analysis using regression techniques with SPSS 17 software.
The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease, information, security and privacy as well as the quality of the internet connection has a positive effect on the use of e-ticketing acceptances Lion Air. The perception of pleasure and confidence no positive effect on the use of e-ticketing acceptances Lion Air. This is because the system used less interesting and lack of user confidence in the system of e-ticketing airline Lion Air .
