Nglanggeran Village that is located at District Patuk, Gunungkidul is one of the region with a development of tourism in Yogyakarta which is categorized as village tourism, according to its wealth which has the potential of nature tourism Ancient Volcano , fruit plantations , cultural originality , village atmosphere that still beautiful and ponds which always attracts attention . This tourism development cannot be separated from the needs for complete facilities and accommodation.
With so many existing potential, the Inns that exist preferably can show off its potencies and magnificence to maximum, so the tourism activities can be fully enjoyed. Besides that, the Inns prefer to provide the facilities to support the tourism activities itself. The accommodations of the Inn which exist at this time are mostly figured as simply citizen�s houses (Homestay) which are functioned as inpatient place. Those kinds of inpatient place are not only made for sleeping but also can give some appropriate facilities.
The word � Village Resort� is defined as a hotel which is located in tourism village area that provides a facilities for leisure, recreation, and sport. Generally is made for the guests who want to rest for long-stay on holidays or to come for recreation and want to change from the daily activities which are located far from the downtown. This kind of Inn that is appropriate for Nglanggeran village tourism. Therefore, the Inn is expected can provide holiday facilities, can give a comfortable and escape from routines, advantages the natural potencies also can show the unique culture or the characteristics of the region itself. |
