by non-sterile injecting drug users and take turns with each other is one of the
Methadone Maintenance Theraphy Program on HIV/AIDS among IDUs done to
reduce the harm reduction approach (adverse effects) that methadone substitution
therapy in liquid preparation by mouth.
Objective: This study aims to determine how the quality of service methadone
theraphy is already in line with the Standard Operating Procedure, client
satisfaction, family support, compliance client of the Methadone Maintenance
Theraphy Program in the health center Manahan Surakarta city.
Method: This study uses a survey with qualitative descriptive approach. Subject
of this study were 36 clients who received methadone theraphy services in Health
Center Manahan Surakarta. Key source of information is the Head of Health
Center Manahan, Physician in charge, Health Workers and Non Health care
Methadone Maintenance Theraphy Program in provider Health Center Manahan.
Result: Committed Methadone Maintenance Theraphy Program officers to his
job and is in accordance with the standard operating procedure in serving client,
which is evident from the client service can be accomplished smoothly, though
there are still some shortcomings in terms of human resources and infrastructure.
The statisfaction and success was also supported by the client's family continues
to provide impetus for methadone treatment. So that client adherence to therapy in
methadone clinics, health center Methadone Maintenance Theraphy Program
Manahan Surakarta is quite high.
Conclusion: Quality of care in health center Manahan Surakarta seen from the
officer, the service process, and setting on the place in general is in conformity
with the standard operating services. Clients satisfied with the services at the
methadone maintenance theraphy program in health center Manahan Surakarta.
Full family supports to clients both visible impact of adherence therapy in the
methadone clinic clients and the future this program can to be held. |
