At first, the system used in laundry services of Candiwa Laundry still using manual systems. Documenting of entry and retrieval data transaction use note book. The process of recording data and counting the total payment transactions make the transaction process becomes ineffective and take long time. Additionally, the data collection process of financial expenses and income still manually.
The solution to solve the problems that occur in Candiwa Laundry is making information systems can handle processing data and documenting transaction include entry and retrieval laundry. Information system of Candiwa Laundry built used Netbeans and used the MySQL database.
This information system is able to process data transaction, laundry and the other data. Additionally, the system is able of providing output in the form of a transaction nota, evidence taking salaries, and laundry report. Laundry report includes transaction reports, purchases report, employee payment report income and expense laundry reports.
