job applicants knowledge and reputation of the company against the interests of
job applicants apply for a job at the company umtuk Astra. The results showed
that there is a positive influence on job applicants knowledge variable interest
companies against job applicants, and there is a positive effect on the company's
reputation variable interest job applicants to apply for the job to the company.
Thus, recruitment websites influence the interest of job applicants. |
