description This study in the wake of a change in the times of the traditional recruitment system to a modern system of recruitment. This study uses the website PT . Astra International as a research subject, and as many as 200 respondents who are searching for jobs using online media. This study aimed to examine the effect of job applicants knowledge and reputation of the company against the interests of job applicants apply for a job at the company umtuk Astra. The results showed that there is a positive influence on job applicants knowledge variable interest companies against job applicants, and there is a positive effect on the company's reputation variable interest job applicants to apply for the job to the company. Thus, recruitment websites influence the interest of job applicants.
