| Summary: | This study focuses about the implementation of automated records system
for records management at Bagian Arsip dan Dokumen PT TASPEN (Persero)
KCU Semarang. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of
automated records system for records management and identify the
implementated system that was complied requirements of records managemnet
concept.
This research used descriptive methods and uses qualitative as its design.
The implementation of automated records system analyzed based workflow at
computerized system. The result of this research shows that implementation of
automated rcords system give contributions work effiiency, but the implemntation
of automated system wasn�t yet optimal in using all of the facility in this
applicated system. |
