To that end, it is necessary for the company to identify the critical success factors of the project. This research was done in PT. Selo Adikarto and the objects are road construction projects undertaken in 2011-2012.
This research aims to identify the critical success factors of PT. SAK�s road construction projects in 2011-2012. Data analysis methods used in this research is a critical success factor (CSF) (Caralli, 2004). CSF methods used to answer the information needed to accomplish project goals.
