The discourse of micro and meso scale in the complex of tobacco tabulation
factory of Kebonarum, in Klaten, Central Java.
The existence of Kebonarum complex hasn�t identified yet as whole.
Specifically from its room formation. So that, we need to knowing more about the
pattern of room formation and the function of each room inside this building.
Method:
This research Is done descriptively. The data collections is done through field
observation and literatures. Then it analized from spatial analysis with micro and
meso scale. The objectives from meso scale is to reveal the room partition and the
connectivity of each room inside this building. Meanwhile, meso scale is to learn
about connectivity of every buildings inside the complex of tobacco factory.
Conclusion:
Based on micro scale, the complex of tobacco factory of Kebonarum consist
of factory main complex and housing complex.The core building consist of a group of
operational buildings or storages. The group of buildings and the group of nonoperational
buildings. From meso scale, we can get that the pattern of the tobacco
factory formation of Kebonarum is centralized. That pattern is affected by its
functional factor (such us production process or tobacco tabulation)
