| Summary: | Green building is an application concept of environmentally friendly
technologies in buildings. Technologies in buildings are not only the design of the
building and landscape, but also includes the use of the energy, water usage and
water reprocessing and have minimal impact on human health.
This study aims to identify the parameters of green building listed in
Greenship Existing Building (EB) of the UGM Central Library and analyze the
parameters to seek for opportunity in achieving an EB Greenship rating. This
study uses data collected from the study as a list of green parameters and
predicted the Greenship achievement of the Central Library.
Based on the results, in a form of a list of green parameters, there are 29%
parameters available out of total 51 required parameters within the Greenship
ratung system. This has also not yet fulfilled the points required to achieve a
bronze green certification. Opportunities rating Greenship achievements are very
likely to be implemented. |
