\"NJOP bumi\". An information system related to \"NJOP Bumi\" in Gedongtengen
District is needed so that the residents to understand about the \"NJOP Bumi\" value
determination. In information system term, it needs a media that can support the
application. Web based Geographic Information System known as Web-GIS contains
several features which support the information system. From those features not all of
the features may support the good information sytem, so it needs the proper choice of
features. The goals of this research are : (1) to construct the NJOP bumi map, based
on method of determining land values and (2) to design a web-GIS based Information
System of NJOP bumi in Gedongtengen District.
Methods carried in this research were combination among visual
interpretation technique and field survey sampling, with both qualitative and
quantitative data analysis. Determining parameters of land value is needed to
understand the classification of land value, which is used to make a relation analysis
with the \"NJOP bumi\". The \"NJOP bumi\" information system is an interactive map
visualization based on web as the data dissemination. There are few steps to build this
information sytem, which are: \"NJOP bumi\" database composition, map service
composition, and finally, the interface design of the NJOP bumi Information System.
The results of this research are : (1) The \"NJOP bumi\" value is classified into
6 classes: very high, high, medium, low, very low and tax free. The lowest NJOP's
value is Rp. 200.000,00 and the highest NJOP's value is Rp. 6.195.000,00 (2)
Information System about NJOP bumi produced in this research can display
information about \"NJOP bumi\" at Gedongtengen District by supporting features for
enhancing interactivity in the delivery of information.
