Intellectual Property Rights are the one of important issues that
government have to pay a serious attention as a preparation especially for facing
the free trading in the future. Property right having an immaterial object or
personal right that susceptible to infringements of moral rights and economic
rights.
The objectives of this thesis were fulfilled in the context of the
independent research on Yahoo versus Kudunyahoo case related to infringement
indication of copyrights and trade mark based on Undang-Undang Nomor 19
Tahun 2002 and Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2001. |
