Summary:The phenomenon of beauty blog among female internet users in Indonesia has becoming a populer thing nowadays. Blogger has been seen as an opinion leader which affects blog�s reader decision to purchase something. That thing has lead to an intervention from marketing people or the owner of the brand in this beauty blog in terms of sponsored reviews or which has something to do with buzz marketing. Buzz marketing known as an efective step in marketing a product and service. This research is pointing out on female blog reader which affected by reviews which appear in beauty blog. Those reviews consist of various things which are products that blogger bought themselves and even sponsored reviews. The understanding of those reviews is a first step which eventually lead to response in meaning, behavior, and attitude. This reception theory which developed by Stuart Hall became ground theory to this research. That theory defines that audiences or users in media has their proportion in understanding something in mass media so it can affected other aspects inside them. Reception analysis has been choose as methodology in this research to reveal deeply through aspects from female internet users as blog readers. Reception study is a methodology of qualitative research based on how audiences� understanding to a message which appears in mass media.
