| Summary: | This study aims to analyze the success of the application of information
technology at PT Krakatau Steel. Tbk. Test using the model of DeLone and
McLean have been modified. This model is a model successful information
technology based processes and causal relationships of the construct. These
constructs used in this study is, system quality, information quality, service qualit ,
use, user satisfaction and net benefits. The method used was a survey by
distributing questionnaires to the users of SAP R/3 in PT Krakatau Steel. Tbk.
Respondents obtained a total of 147 people from 249 questionnaires distributed.
The results of this study are quality systems, information quality, service quality,
use, user satisfaction and net benefits affect the successful implementation of SAP
R/ 3 in PT Krakatau Steel.Tbk
