Sažetak:Hand is where the mind and the world meet. We use both hands to move the work activity and social skills. But not all people can feel the pleasure of doing all the activities. Some of us have to accept the reality of life without arms due to various things, and the people there are pretty much around us. Rehabilitation robots is a method used to replace limbs with prosthetic hands that can mimic the biological function of a person, a natural form of outward appearance and requires minimal maintenance safely and intelligently. The main factor that makes prosthetic hand is only seen as a tool and not as a substitute for the hand is due to the weight, power requirements, excessive size, and also because of the difficulty in finding an appropriate control to control some number of degrees of freedom of the prosthetic hand. In Indonesia, research on prosthetic robot hand is very rarely done. While abroad have developed about this kind of robot, but the robot has developed a complex structure and the price is very expensive. Through this research, conducted research on the design and manufacturing to create a robotic prosthetic hand. This study focused on patients with post- robotic prosthetic hand amputation. Robots designed using materials from domestic and expected price can be affordable to the public. Robotic material selected from ABS material manufactured from the aluminum engine and 3D Printers manufactured by machining processes. The robot uses dc motors as actuators and Arduino Mega ADK as a controller. From this research, the robot successfully designed and manufactured . The robot uses 6 dc motor. After the robot components assembled, tested against each actuator used. Obtained from the testing error is less than 3° for each degree of freedom. Robots have been able to perform movements cover five individually powered fingers with the thumb that is able to move the opposition to help in the rehabilitation of patients after limb amputation to replace the hand, which is not seen in existing commercial products in Indonesia.
