description | Imogiri is one of the sub districts in Bantul, that has the highest prevalence cases of tuberculosis in Bantul. It has 114 cases (per 100.000 population). Therefore, there needs research on spatial analysis of the physical parameters and social environment that influence TB, it will be used for knowing the areas that are vulnerable for TB. The objectives of this research are : (1) Assessing the ability of Quickbird Imagery and Geographic Information system for physical parameters and social environment data extraction for vulnerability of Tuberculocis, (2) Assessing the parameters that influence the incidence of TB, (2) Assessing the pattern of TB (4) Assessing the level of vulnerability of TB in Imogiri.
Data used in this research are Imogiri Quickbird imagery, Topographic Map of Indonesia (RBI) scale 1:25.000, and data cases of Tuberculocis year 2009-2012. The parameters used to determine the vulnerability of TB are the density of settlements, distance to major roads, the center of activity and health, landuse, poorness, and population densitThis research use map analysis (overlay, scorring, buffering), statistical analysis, and pattern analysis for the method. Map analysis do on the parameter maps influence of TB and vulnerability maps of TB. The statistical analysis used is Chi-Square analysis. It determines the correlation between each parameters with the incidence of TB. While, the pattern analysis used is Average Nearest Neighbour method. It determines the distribution pattern of TB disease.
Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that Quickbird imagery is able to extract physical parameters related vulnerability of TB integrated to Geographic Informating System therefore it can help in alaysing physical and social data. The result of this research is that the most influential parameter to TB insidence is settlement density with significance value 0,05. Distribution pattern of TB in Imogiri in index is 0,5 so that it can be mentioned that it is dispersed. Based on the analusys, the most vulnerable area are Imogiri, southern of Wukirsari, and Karangtalun. Area with medium to high vulnerable level are Girirejo, Karangtengah, Kebonagung, and Sriharjo. Area with rather to invulnerable level are Selopamioro and Eastern of Wukirsari. |
