Summary: | The purpose of this study was to assess the performance of the organization by using
the concept of the balanced scorecard. To assess the performance of the company
using the four balanced scorecard perspectives namely financial perspective, customer
perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspectives.
Sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling.The samples consist of 150
to assess customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction firm. Moreover, the analysis
method used in this study is multiple linear regression.
The results of this result showed that all four perspectives causally related and
intertwined with each other. Percentage level of employee training has a positive effect
on the level of satisfaction increased productivity so that employees have a good
category . Customer satisfaction levels indicate that both categories have a positive
effect on the profitability of the consumer . Assessment of performance from three
perspectives positive effect on the financial perspective so that the profit is in getting
the company from year to year increase. |
