| 总结: | In Indonesia, correlation between regional government expenditure and
economic growth is an interesting topic to study. This is driven by intensive
implementation of fiscal decentralization, marked with regional proliferation or
creation of a new autonomous region (DOB). The research problem is that, on one
hand, it is expected that the creation of DOB could improve public welfare, public
service, and drive the acceleration of regional development by utilizing existing
economic potentials and providing adequate public infrastructure. On the other
hand, the regional government could not independently fund its development
activities due to different financial capability.
This research is aimed at analyzing the characteristics based on regional
typology, regional economic potential
