situates Araska publisher which is located at Pinang Merah Residence Kav. 14, Imogiri Barat
street, Bantul, Yogyakarta as the object of study. The research focuses on the process of fan
fiction novel production at Araska publisher.
Method of collecting data are field study and library research. In the process of field
study, the writer observed the process of fan fiction production and interviewed owner,
administration staff, editors, lay outers, and the head of production staff of Araska publisher. For
the library research, the writer studies books and materials from internet.
According to the research, the process of fan fiction novel production has two major
stages: they are preparing the script and printing the script into books. The first stage is divided
