This study uses primary data interviews include water requirements, number of family members and the wide roof of the house with a purposive sampling method. While secondary data is monthly rainfall data stations Tepus years 1986-2007.
The results of the study showed that the characteristics of rain in the village Tepus has great potential that is 2,549 mm / year, but only concentrated on the November to March. Domestic water needs of a population of 67.5 liters / person / day. Rainwater tank capacity that must be made is at 108.52 m³ / person / year for the 23-year return period by the number of members of a family of 4 people. |
