It also includes the development of task execution data and demographic information, regarding to the demographic administration.
The observation aims to determine how Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Yogyakarta can deliver the implementation of the administration which might applied to the public. A descriptive qualitative had been chosen as an utilized method for such research, which involved data meaning by literature study, observation, interviews with the government and inhabitants. The scope of the research is Kota Yogyakarta, which consists of 14 districts and 1 Office of Population and Civil Registration. Policy implementation theory proposed by Grindle is applied for this observation, which is related to the content of the policy and the policy context.
We have found that the policy had been well conducted even though there is still any deprivation encountered. People tend to fully support the policy as if they might get its benefit. An arranged demographic administration policy in the process of implementation encountered good results and benefits for government, social institutions, and communities. It can be seen from the emerging response, especially the responsiveness of public officials who administer the implementation of the policy. Response and responsiveness of policy implementation is also seen in several levels of service to the district and villages. However, we also have found a few things about the capacity of the implementation which might need to get improved in terms of service as well as technical matters. The community should also receive a coaching on awareness of the importance of the arranged demographic administration. |
