Summary:At this time, the company further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. This is because for the company to take measurements of consumer demand completion schedule as much as possible. The factors that influence it, namely the time factor and factor worker or workers involved in the whole process that occurs at Sugar Factory. Both of these factors greatly influence the increase or decrease productivity. Therefore, each job must be completed optimally to achieve the target of an enterprise. One method to achieve this target is through improving the quality of human resources are owned by the company. The method used in determining the manpower requirements using study time by finding the normal time and standard time. Standard time is used to determine the number of workers at the work station packing. This time measurement is done directly (method of observation) by using a stopwatch as calculators and repetitive timing. The results of this study indicate that there is a reduction in the workforce at a particular work elements. On the first working element needs to be a reduction in manpower of one man and the elements of the fourth working workforce reduction of three people for the highest production and average production for four people while the lowest production. These results are used for packing 50 kg sugar products in the next six months or a year later.
