of life�s too high. One of materials ingradient is Polymer Matrix Composite
(PMC) with resin epoxy and Resin Coated Sand (Resin Sand) as a composition.
That composition is the most commonly used in foundries because the abilities as
highly thermal satbilizer and vibration dampers.
In this trial test the effect of vacum on the impregnation resin epoxy to
resin sand, that resin sand has been formed into varrious designs of patterns than
put into oven on temperature 1500C with variations due time 30 minutes and 60
minutes.
There are two methods from this testthat we know of resin epoxy to seep
into resin sand. From the first method whitout vacum there�sa thin seeped of resin
epoxy into a pores of resin sand and it could change the physical properties of the
resin sand is softly and fragile, but in the second method which use vacum theres
a lot of seeped of resin epoxy, its thick and make the resin sand be a stronger and
toughlyso it becomes the new materials more useful. |
